- You’ll bring a consultative selling approach and become an expert for your customers and your peers by expertly tailoring our energy solutions to meet customer needs.

- You enjoy digging deep to really understand the customer’s needs along with their unique situation and challenges.
- You look for win-win solutions wherever you can and enjoy collaborating with others across the group.
You need to have
- 6+ years of relevant work experience with Solar C&I
- A track record of strategic and consultative sales at senior executive level
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience in selling technical solutions
- Well-developed presentation and problem-solving skills to help solve customer issues and position new ideas
- Ability to persuade and negotiate in order to create desired outcomes
- An innovative mindset to structure solutions both technically and commercially
- Ability to balance multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel interstate
