About the Role

Client is a global renewable energy Developer/ IPP with 10+ GWs generation and 5GWh storage under development globally with their U.S. pipeline at 3GWs generation and 4GWh storage. They have developed renewable energy projects across Asia Pacific, Europe, and now in the U.S.. The position will be responsible for defining the power off-take strategy & executing contracts to support the growing business.

Responsibilities

• This position will be responsible for structuring and securing off-take for the project pipeline as well as optimization of the operating fleet to manage merchant exposure.
• You will also execute the company's power offtake strategy for individual projects and support due diligence of project acquisition opportunities, identify RFP opportunities, and negotiate power contracts.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in project offtake and energy industry.
• Strong relationships with PPA buyers and power market concepts.
