About the Role:

The WTG Package Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of the Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) package on a renewable energy project. This includes managing all aspects of the WTG scope - from design, procurement, logistics, installation, and commissioning - ensuring compliance with technical, commercial, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of the WTG package, from contract award to final commissioning.
• Act as the primary point of contact for WTG supplier(s) and manage contract performance.
• Coordinate internal interfaces (engineering, procurement, construction, HSE, QA/QC, logistics, etc.).
• Ensure delivery of the WTG scope according to technical specifications, project schedule, and budget.
• Lead or support contract negotiations, claims management, and technical discussions.
• Manage design reviews, FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests), and quality inspections.
• Oversee WTG logistics, including transport from manufacturing facilities to site.
