The company is highly experienced and well ognized industry leaders in Renewable Energy Development. About the Role:
The PMO Manager will play a key role in ensuring successful delivery of offshore wind projects by establishing and managing project controls, governance frameworks, risk management, and reporting structures. You will act as a central coordinator across workstreams, enabling efficient project execution and strategic oversight from early-stage development through construction.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Controls
- Develop and maintain the overall project delivery plan, aligning with corporate and project objectives.
- Establish governance and reporting frameworks to monitor project performance (schedule, budget, quality, risk).
- Drive the implementation of best practices in project execution, including change management, lessons learned, and KPIs.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with work package managers (e.g., WTG, foundations, cable, O&M) to ensure alignment with project milestones.
- Interface with internal teams (finance, legal, HSE, procurement) and external stakeholders (contractors, authorities, partners).
Reporting & Risk Management
- Lead the preparation of project status reports for internal and external stakeholders, including executive-level briefings.
- Maintain and update risk and issue registers, working with discipline leads to implement mitigation strategies.
- Support budget forecasting and cost control processes in collaboration with finance and contract teams.
Team & Process Development
- Support resource planning across the project team and identify potential gaps in staffing or capability.
- Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
- Support audits, due diligence processes, and compliance with corporate governance.
