About the Company

About the Role:

Responsible for leading the full lifecycle delivery of the wind turbine scope within a major offshore wind project. This includes technical development, procurement, contract management, supplier coordination, and overseeing delivery through to installation and commissioning. You will serve as the main point of contact between the project and WTG OEMs, ensuring alignment with project objectives across cost, quality, HSE, and schedule.

1. Package Management:

• Manage the WTG scope from design to commissioning.
  
• Develop package strategies, budgets, risk registers, and delivery schedules.
  
• Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, procurement, HSE, legal, etc.).
  

2. Technical Oversight:

• Ensure WTG specifications meet project and certification requirements.
  
• Lead technical reviews and design verification processes.
  
• Oversee type certification and interface management (e.g., foundations, electrical).
  

3. Procurement & Contract Management:

• Support or lead the tendering and selection of WTG suppliers.
  
• Negotiate contract terms and manage contract execution with the OEM.
  
• Monitor supplier performance and delivery milestones.
  

4. Installation & Commissioning Support:

• Plan and coordinate logistics for transport and offshore installation.
  
• Ensure alignment with marine operations and T&I contractors.
  
• Oversee commissioning and handover to O&M teams.
  

5. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as primary liaison with WTG OEMs, classification societies, and internal stakeholders.
  
• Report progress, risks, and opportunities to the senior management team.
