About the Company

The company is highly experienced and well ognized industry leaders in Renewable Energy Development. About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Lead to manage and execute procurement strategies for a large-scale offshore wind project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of critical packages, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring alignment with project timelines, cost targets, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall procurement strategy for the offshore wind project in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  
• Lead tendering, negotiation, and contracting for major supply and service packages (e.g., WTGs, foundations, cables, substations, T&I, etc.).
  
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFIs/RFPs, bid evaluations, contract award, and post-award support.
  
• Collaborate closely with technical, legal, finance, and project control teams to ensure alignment of procurement activities.
  
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and manage key commercial interfaces with contractors, OEMs, and service providers.
  
• Monitor supplier performance and risk, resolving any contract or delivery issues as they arise.
  
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and external regulations (HSE, ESG, etc.).
  
• Support cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting for procurement packages.
