Title: EPC Director

Location: Taipei, Taiwan

About the Role:
Our client is an international renewable energy developer with projects across Solar, Battery Energy Storage System, Onshore Wind and backed by one of the largest global infrastructure funds. They're looking for an EPC Director to lead a team and be be responsible for project execution across different renewable projects within the business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle EPC execution for renewable energy projects (solar, wind, BESS).
• Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, and quality/HSE compliance.
• Build and manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely, on-budget delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Standardize EPC processes and drive project risk mitigation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of EPC/project execution experience, 5+ in renewables leadership.
• Proven record in renewable projects
• Strong knowledge of EPC workflows, contracts, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English is a plus.
