About the Role

The roles are with 3 different clients ( Global investment firm, Investment Fund and an Investment Bank) in the renewable energy sector. This would be a great opportunity to work for a strong company and work for some of the most accomplished renewable energy and investment banking leaders.

Responsibilities

VP of Investments

• Work closely with the Development team and the Board, in managing the overall investment plan and risk profile of the Company including returns/risk assessment for Projects, Greenfield campaigns, Acquisitions and overall portfolio.
• Provide views around project finance and tax equity to form market positions and provide support for evaluation/ due diligence/ review of project acquisition and on M&A opportunities

Sr Investment Associate

• Build and review financial models to support management investment decisions and identify risks and potential upside, and present analytical findings with a clear and concise manner with a focus on modeling project returns and optimizing capital structure.
• Lead due diligence and manage third-party deliverables through deal processes and support transaction leads on negotiating definitive documentation for debt and tax equity financings, acquisitions, and opportunistic sales across both new projects and existing portfolios of projects in development, under construction, or in operation.

Requirements

VP of Investments

• 8+ years of relevant experience across renewable energy, and private equity/infrastructure investing.
• Must have relevant experience with a developer, investment firm in the renewable energy space, or investment banking specializing in Utility-scale renewable energy.
• Significant relationships and contacts across US renewable energy Project Finance and Tax-Equity markets with knowledge of the US renewable energy market, and the ability to stay current with changing regulations, and trends influencing the continued evolution of the industry.

Sr Investment Associate

• 3 - 5+ years of experience, including experience in financial modeling and project finance transactions. Experience in the renewable energy space is strongly preferred.
• A record of academic and professional achievement, well-developed communication skills, the ability to collaborate well with a small team, proven organizational acumen when working on multiple projects, and a high level of motivation and initiative are all vital to this role.
