Responsibilities;

• Selection of EPC companies, procurement, management during construction
• Managing of partners (Developers)
• Build/Maintain relationships with stakeholders, contract management (supporting corporate PPA projects)
• Budget and cost management
• Experience in project development management, leading development flow

5 years + experience in solar business land acquisition and business development

Contract period is 12 months (renewable annual)
Work location - Tokyo
Japanese National or Foreigner with N1 language skills minimum
Business trips will be expected 3 times monthly
Commuting expenses - reimbursable
