About the Role

We are working with leading international solar PV developer, currently the largest solar developer in Europe, and third largest in the world outside of China. They currently have a multi GW operating portfolio and 20+ GW project development pipeline across 14 countries with more than 500 employees across those countries. As part of their expansion in Portugal, they are looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager to spearhead the development of their Portuguese portfolio by managing the project construction through till COD.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the transition of projects from development to construction
  
• Managing the construction phase of solar PV projects, and ensuring that the projects are built within the specific timeframe and requirements through until financial close
  

• Oversee EPC contractors
  
  

Requirements

• Project management experience in the Renewables space (ideally solar PV) that are > 50MW
  

• Experience in managing teams
  

• Have a strong network of EPC/ICP contractors across Portugal
