My client is a leading organisation within the project development and construction of Offshore Wind projects globally.
They are looking to hire an experienced PMO Manager to work on the development of a number of new Offshore Wind Projects they are looking at in Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Leading all PMO Services for the company
• Establishing and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules
• Monitoring and managing progress updates of each project
• Reporting progress, performance, and forecasts of projects to Senior Management
• Ensuring that the project package and contractor schedules align and coordinate
• Supporting the project Package Managers with concept selections and decision making
• Taking the lead on all risk management activities on the project
• Creating and implementing DEVEX and CAPEX budgets for each project

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Primavera software
• Engineering Degree
• Fluency in written and spoken Japanese
• PMP qualification is preferred
• Fluency in written and spoken English
