About the Role
We are working with a leading renewable energy company dedicated to harnessing the power of offshore wind and are seeking a highly skilled Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manager to oversee the operations of their offshore wind farms in Japan.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute O&M strategies to ensure efficient offshore wind farm operation.
• Manage a team for daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Coordinate logistics for personnel, equipment, and supplies offshore.
• Analyze performance data to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and industry standards.
• Manage vendor contracts and budgets effectively.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for O&M-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field.
• 5+ years of offshore wind O&M experience, with managerial experience preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of offshore wind turbines and electrical systems.
• Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Japanese.
• Willingness to travel offshore and work in challenging conditions.

• オフショアでの人員、設備、物資の物流を調整します。
• パフォーマンス データを分析して効率を最適化し、コストを削減します。
• HSE 規制と業界標準への準拠を確保します。
• ベンダーの契約と予算を効果的に管理します。
• 社内の関係者と協力してプロジェクトの目標をサポートします。
• O&M関連の主な連絡窓口として機能します。

要件

• 工学または関連分野の学士号。
• 洋上風力発電のO&M経験が5年以上あり、管理経験のある方歓迎。
• 洋上風力タービンと電気システムに関する豊富な技術知識。
• リーダーシップ、コミュニケーション、組織力。
• 英語と日本語が流暢であること。
• オフショアに旅行し、困難な条件で作業する意欲。
