Title: O&M Manager

Location: Taipei, Taiwan

About the Role:
I'm looking for an O&M Manager on behalf of an leading renewable energy developer, the person is responsible for overseeing their projects including onshore wind, solar and BESS across Taiwan.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the day to day operation of the facility in a safe and environmentally sound manner
• Prepare and implement plant operating and maintenance procedures ensuring compliance with all regulations
• Prepare annual operating budgets and periodic status reports
• Supervise site personnel including subcontractors and consultants to ensure quality and conformance to specifications, budgets, schedule and corporate policies
• Prepare Performance Ratio report and update to the senior management level

Requirements:

• O&M planning experience in renewable projects
• Hands on experience in subcontractors management
• Familiar with contract negotiation and management
• Good command of English
• Travel to the site is required
