NextWave Partners is currently working with a leading International Solar PV Developer in their search for an M&A Business Development Manager in Poland.

As part of the Global Development Team, this position will be essential to the development of the strategic growth objectives and commercial goals of the company, including pipeline development, project management, partnerships and stakeholder management.

Duties and Responsibilities include;

  • Identifying utility-scale solar M&A opportunities in Poland.
  • Conducting analysis, creating models for the financial viability of projects.
  • Negotiating M&A proposals/agreements.
  • Working/Coordinating with other internal teams to execute M&A transactions.

It asks for someone with experience;

  • Leading the closing of infrastructure M&A deals.
  • Participating in the process of Solar PV M&A agreements.
  • Working on buy-side transactions within the renewables space in Poland.
  • Negotiating with developers and counter-parties.
  • Conducting M&A modelling/analysis.
