Title: Investment, Analyst

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

About the Role:

• Renewable Energy Developer
• Southeast Asia
• Investment team

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the CEO and support on all deal execution transactions in Southeast Asia
• Develop financial models to evaluate new investment opportunities or potential acquisitions, including financial assessments, and risk analysis
• Perform market research that may have an impact on potential acquisitions or new investment strategies
• Conduct due diligence for transactions including legal and financing, identifying areas of risk
• Assist in preparing screening and investment committee memos
• Assist the team in all matters related to a deal - close, documentations, structuring

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of professional working experience in private equity, investment banking, a renewable energy developer, or similar role with exposure to the renewable energy sector
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to speak an additional southeast Asian language will be preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel
