Responsibilities

• Lead the company's technical strategy for solar and energy storage projects.
  
• Oversee engineering design, technical due diligence, and project execution.
  
• Manage internal technical teams and external consultants/contractors.
  
• Support project development with site assessments, grid studies, and permitting input.
  
• Ensure high-quality construction, commissioning, and operational performance.
  
• Implement performance monitoring, asset optimization, and risk mitigation systems.
  
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  
• Collaborate with development, finance, and executive teams to align technical goals with business
  
  strategy.
  
  Qualifications & Experience
  
• Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  
• 10+ years in the renewable energy industry, with leadership experience in technical or engineering
  
  roles.
  
• Strong understanding of solar and battery storage technologies.
  
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  
• Experience working with contractors, regulators, and investors.
  
• Experience in international markets.
  
• Knowledge of project finance or investment in energy projects.
