About the Company
Our client is a Global Fund with a focus on greenfield renewable energy investments and long-term infrastructure development. With over €25 billion under management across multiple funds, the client develops and finances energy transition projects.
About the Role:
As Vice President in our Investment team, you will play a critical role in originating, evaluating, and executing infrastructure investments globally. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, work closely with senior partners, and engage directly with portfolio companies, investors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead transaction execution for complex investment opportunities from origination to financial close
- Structure, negotiate, and manage due diligence processes across legal, technical, and financial workstreams
- Supervise junior team members and foster their development
- Collaborate with industry experts, developers, and strategic partners
- Represent the Fund in investor discussions, project boards, and industry forums
- Drive strategic portfolio value creation in collaboration with asset management teams
Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure investing, or project finance
- Demonstrated experience in deal execution and portfolio management, preferably within energy or infrastructure sectors
- Strong analytical skills and financial modeling expertise
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish not required, but a plus)
- Advanced degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field (MBA/CFA preferred but not essential)
