Responsibilities

• Business Development: Implement the development strategy of in Vietnam through origination and screening of renewable projects/investment opportunities.
• Monitoring and managing our local development and EPC partners from a commercial standpoint
• Review of key contracts: EPC/O&M contracts with EPC contractors, lease agreements, PPAs, interconnection agreements
• Liaising with government departments and Power/solar regulatory support (provide insight into regulatory changes, risks and opportunities)
• Ensure our project obtain all permits/licences require to start construction/operation
• Maintain relationships with our banks and ensure loan compliance

Requirements

• 10+ years in Sales/BD and At least 3 years’ experience in Rooftop C&I Development
• Able to manage high load work during certain periods, frequent travel within Vietnam (30% out of HCM but typically 1-2 day trips), able to coordinate a team of technicians/lawyers.
• Proficiency in reading/ writing/ speaking both English and Vietnamese.
• Based in HCM.
