Title: Associate, Investment Banking


Location: Singapore


About the Role:

• Asia
• M&A, Energy Transition
• Global Bank

Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of the deal execution process of M&A transactions, including due diligence, financial modelling, valuation analysis
• Develop financial models to evaluate potential transaction opportunities
• Prepare pitchbooks, presentations, transaction materials
• Conduct due diligence for transactions, including legal and financing, identifying areas of risk.
• Mentor junior bankers, providing guidance on technical skills and client interactions
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or equivalent
• An MBA or CFA designation is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, or corporate finance
• Sector experience in Renewable energy, Energy Transition, Digital infrastructure, or Infrastructure is necessary for this position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel
