My Client is an international investment firm who strong presence in infrastructure projects across different region. They are an international firm with multiple portfolio in Asia and is now looking for a Senior analyst to assist their investment/development team.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing financial and quantitative analysis, due diligence, structuring and financing
• Identify opportunity for acquisition of greenfield projects
• Financial modelling and due diligence
• Work with investment team on investment process
• Involvement in transaction Origination, structuring, business and finance diligence
• Arranging debt and equity financing
• Market analysis

Requirements

• Finance related Degree
• Minimum 4 years of related working experience
• Infrastructure renewable energy deals experience is a must
• Ability to work in cross culture environment
• Speaking of English & Chinese is a MUST
• Technically Hands-On
