My clients are developers in Taiwan with global business and Taiwan being one of their main market focus. They’re looking for a civil manager to focus on their offshore wind business unit

Responsibilities

• Managing relationship with civil teams (EPCs contractors, design etc)
• Being the lead in focusing on all civil design matters + giving solutions to problems in those areas
• Project management of schedule, costing, and quality
• Stakeholders management both internally and externally
• Assisting in tendering of package + selection of EPC
• Day to day support for all civil related work at the site
• Work closely with Construction Management on civil related work

Requirements

• You need to have at least 5 years of experience in civil engineering in offshore wind or civil engineering
• Project management, construction project experience
• Understanding of civil standards of Taiwan market
• Independent worker, team player and communicate fluently in English & Chinese
• Ability to work at construction site + offshore
