My client is an international renewable energy player looking for a Business development manager in Malaysia. This person is to focus on finding business opportunities in the solar industry for solar panel.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead commercial efforts in Malaysia
- Assess and establish contact with potential buyers of my client Solar module products.
- Focus on module sales in Utility and DG market, pipeline development and fostering relationships among clients.
- Build and implement sales strategies appropriate for the assigned business segment.
- Lead contract negotiations with target accounts.
- Management of existing customers from Pre-Sales to After Sales support.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment of sales orders.
- May occasionally be involved in strategic growth opportunities that the company is pursuing
- Experience in panel sales in Malaysia is required
- Commercial / Business development experience is a big bonus
- Solar experience is a plus
- 3 years above experience
- Speaking of excellent English & Chinese is required
