About the Role/仕事内容

NextWave is looking for professionals who is well experienced of accounting in Japan especially in those companies who has asset managements of power plants or real estates, or large infrastructures. This role does not need English conversation skills at all.

募集企業は、日系IPP事業会社です。
日本国内で太陽光・風力・バイオマスなどの資産を持ち、発電事業を行なっています。

日本国内で会計・税務のご経験に長けている方を探されています。特に自ら手を動かし率先垂範することで、チーム作りやチームの成長をやりがいと感じる方に向いているポジションです。

・入出金（売掛買掛）管理
・月次決算、決算書作成
・内部統制の観点からの業務プロセス・規定・ガイドラインの整備
・会計監査対応
・税務申告対応（海外法人との取引に係る国際税務も含む）
・契約書・契約スキームの会計・税務面からの検討（英文契約も含む）
・連結財務報告

Requirements/要件

・上記職務内容をエネルギー、商社、不動産業界での経験
・英語について会話は不要ですが、契約書など読み書きを実務でなさったことがあること
