Vice President - Project Finance (Renewable Energy), Miami

NextWave Partners USA is working with a global renewable energy player which is backed by a leading international private equity fund through its 5 billion$ impact investment platform.

Based in Miami, the Vice President - Project Finance (Renewable Energy) will be responsible for managing all the financing aspects of the financing cycle for the renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vice President - Project Finance (Renewables) will manage the origination and execution of project financing and associated corporate facilities for assets/transactions in the US.
  

• Vice President - Project Finance (Renewables) will lead and manage all aspects of tax equity financings.
  

• Vice President - Project Finance (Renewables) will drive the execution process with the banks but mostly focused on legal due diligence, technical due diligence and negotiations and execution of definitive loan documentation;
  

• Vice President - Project Finance (Renewables) will work closely with M&A, Development and Technical teams and mentor the junior members on the financial modelling.
  

Key Requirements:

• Vice President - Project Finance (Renewables) must have at least 10 years of relevant experience across renewable energy, M&A, and private equity / infrastructure investing;
  

• Vice President - Project Finance (Renewables) must have a solid track record of independently leading and closing financial transactions in the renewable energy sector.
  

• Vice President - Project Finance (Renewables) must have strong skills in constructing high quality financial models in order to lead other junior team members.
