About the role

I'm currently working with a premier power projects developer with key focus on South East Asia and Australia. As of now, they intend to develop, execute and operate renewable assets by 2026 in the Philippines

Responsibilities

• Expected to handle renewable energy projects in pre-development stage under early construction stage of projects (Wind and Solar)

• Experience in acquisition of local and regional permits required for projects and monitor these permits.

• Enable construction activities of wind measurement masts by securing land lease, building approvals and security services

• Build relationships with local stakeholders, represent the corporation in meetings with stakeholders

• Travel within Luzon and Mindoro to conduct site visits

• Required the safe guard and maintain smooth transactions / negotiations with regional and local government agencies

• Report to management team on all queries regarding the project

Requirements

• At least 1 to 2 years' experience in RE project development

• Has an understanding and knowledgeable in the field of renewable energy

• Extensive knowledge in permits (local and regionally)

• Exceptional verbal and written communication

• Can work independently
