About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to support the development, design, and execution of our renewable energy projects. This role will involve technical oversight, grid connection studies, coordination with stakeholders, and support throughout the project lifecycle from feasibility to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling & Coordination: Organize meetings, manage calendars, set agendas, and assign tasks to team members.
- Documentation Management: Develop and maintain project documents such as plans, reports, meeting minutes, and deliverables.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor milestones, identify potential issues, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Communication Management: Facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Budget Oversight: Track project expenses and ensure alignment with budgetary goals.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or owner's site representative role.
- Recent involvement in the construction of solar PV plants, renewables,or BESS projects in Taiwan is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, with a preference for strong English language proficiency.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and commercial awareness.
- Professional, diligent, and adaptable with a flexible approach to work.
