About the Role
My client is a leading investment firm dedicated to sustainability investments and they are currently seeking a Portfolio/Asset Management Analyst to join their growing team in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Act as the representative and take up overall responsibility in managing a portfolio of renewable energy/infrastructure assets within the wider group, from pre-development till exit stages.
Ensure smooth operations by managing asset cashflow requirements, compliance & risk, budget analysis, hedging strategy and report on overall financial performance of the assets.
Build and maintain working relationships with shareholders, developers, investors, lenders, local partners etc.
Conduct sensitivity analysis and financial model on assets.
Requirements
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or any other relevant discipline. Master's an added advantage.
Min 4-7 years' working experience within Private Equity, M&A, corporate finance, or project finance.
Renewable Energy or infrastructure related experience required.
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability and knowledge of financial, risk and legal principles and processes
