My client is a global offshore wind project developer who are growing their core project team in Taiwan.

One of the key hires they are planning to make is an Offshore Substation SCADA Manager.

Responsibilities

• Analysing customer requirements and their technical feasibility
• Analysing contract specifications to determine project requirements
• Ensuring proper planning and scheduling
• Communicating regularly with all key project stakeholders
• Managing the project interfaces between the different stakeholders
• Leading SCADA meetings with the customer and managing the completion of all documentation such as functional requirements, IO-lists, test procedures, system operating instructions, technical documents and more
• Anticipating and assessing all risk factors throughout the project
• Managing various sub-contractors and supervising their performance and quality

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on SCADA experience
• Ability to relocate full-time to Taiwan
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Previous experience working on the development and delivery of at least 1 offshore substation
