About the Role

NextWave are working with a leading offshore wind organisation who are looking to hire an experienced Wind Turbine QA Inspector to work on a large project on the East Coast of the US.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks on wind turbine components during inbound and outbound processes, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and industry norms.

• Maintain thorough records of inspections, including checklists, daily reports, certificates, and quality summaries.

• Oversee production and logistics operations to confirm adherence to established inspection criteria.

• Flag non-conformances, contribute to root cause investigations, and assist in implementing corrective measures.

• Carry out visual assessments and support non-destructive testing activities where needed.

• Interface with project teams and stakeholders to communicate inspection results and clarify technical findings.

• Uphold Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations at all times on site.

• Assist with administrative reporting tasks and review of technical documentation as required.

Requirements:

• Engineering Degree

• Prior experience working with wind turbines is essential

• Offshore experience is strongly preferred

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in similar positions

• Eligibility to work in the US
