Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, negotiating contracts, and awarding agreements.
  • Coordinate with engineering, project management, legal, and HSE teams to ensure technical, contractual, and compliance requirements are met.
  • Oversee supplier qualification, performance evaluation, and risk management processes.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to secure competitive pricing, favorable delivery schedules, and value-added services.
  • Monitor market trends, supply chain risks, and cost drivers relevant to offshore wind industry procurement.
  • Manage procurement documentation and maintain compliance with corporate governance, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of procurement status, risks, and issues to senior management.
  • Foster strong relationships with key suppliers, contractors, and strategic partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Support claims management, change orders, and contract variations where applicable.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in procurement management within offshore wind, renewable energy, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, tendering procedures, and contract management (FIDIC/LOGIC experience desirable).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-value, complex contracts with international suppliers.
  • Familiarity with offshore wind farm components and services (e.g., turbines, foundations, substations, installation vessels, cables)
