About the Role

Nextwave is looking for professionals who possess the experience of development and execution for project M&A in energy related field in Japan market. This role will be working for the well-known Japanese IPP developer.

Please note that this role requires Japanese language skills (all in write, read, and converse) at native level that you can follow the updated regulations which is published by Japanese ministries in Japanese.


Responsibilities

海外の陸上再エネ（蓄電池を含む案件）の案件開発・管理
・市場環境・事業機会調査および投資ターゲットの選定・評価
（持ち込み案件の簡易評価を含む）
・海外拠点との連帯・パートナーとの関係強化による事業参画機会の模索
・案件の開発（組成）に必要な各種契約交渉、法務・財務・技術レビュー


Requirements

・海外のエネルギープロジェクトの開発業務経験者（再エネに限らない）
・海外事業の M&A 経験者
・英語で非ネイティブ・ネイティブスピーカーと協業・交渉ができること
