My client is an international renewable energy investment company looking for a HR Business Partner to help them manage both their platform and company’s HR planning

Responsibilities

  • Development & Maintenance of HR policies
  • Compliance with Labour law and other relevant employer legislation
  • Retain and develop highly engaged workforce
  • Managing and promoting healthy culture work across my client’s company
  • HR Planning and staffing of both project and office staffs
  • Ensuring efficient staffing of projects people considering between international and local people + permanent employees and consultants
  • Development and performance assessment
  • Staffing up APAC countries – including Japan & South Korea

Requirement

  • HR BP background is a must
  • Only open for Taiwanese HR BP, with strong understanding in local labor law
  • Experience with development, branding and retainment initiatives
  • Strong cooperative skills and team focus
  • High integrity
  • Speak good English
