About the Role:

Client is a Renewable IPP backed by a Venture Fund and a leading owner and operator of renewable energy projects in the United States. This is a critical hire to join its investment team for an Investment Director position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a robust Investment Strategy that is aligned with the company's growth and sustainability goals.
  

• Oversee the management and optimization of the company's investment portfolio, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with the company's risk profile.
  

• Lead and mentor a team of investment professionals across the U.S. Build relationships with investors, partners and key stakeholders to foster collaborative opportunities and partnerships.
  

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of investments and M&A experience in the Renewable Energy / Power industry.
  

• Demonstrated leadership skills to lead a team towards achieving high performance and meeting strategic objectives.
  

• Strong track-record of closing transactions in the renewable energy sector in the U.S. Proven negotiation skills and strategic thinking to make informed investment decisions.
