About the Role/仕事内容

NextWave is looking for professionals who are well experienced of Solar Power plants development in Japan. This role will be working for the international IPP who is under the huge asset management company and this person will be the first person in Japan.

英国系大手資産運用会社下にある再生可能エネルギー専門のIPP企業にて日本マーケットの事業開発をできる方を探されています。ターゲットはまず太陽光で、小さめのプロジェクトの買収及びC&Iの開発業務等を行なっていただきます。このポジションは国内1人目の採用となり、ご経験次第で将来的に日本の代表になっていただく可能性もあります。また、すでに日本マーケットへの投資は決定および資金の準備ができており、今後の追加投資も予定されています。

• 投資計画の策定及び社内ボードメンバーに対するプレゼンテーション

• プロジェクト開発、交渉、契約締結業務(M&A含む)

• 関係ステークホルダー(EPC、デベロッパー、銀行など)の対応など。
