My client is a leading developer in the global Offshore Wind sector. They are looking to hire an experienced Deputy Site Manager to work on the construction of an Onshore Substation as part of a large offshore wind project they
have in Taiwan.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for timely completion of all milestone access dates during various site operation phase as per baseline schedule and with zero Cost of Poor Quality
• Supporting the management of staff and subcontractors
• Contributing to the commercial success of the project and involvement in technical aspects of the project
• Assisting the Site Manager in the development of the construction programme including the production of the planning reports, equipment and materials schedules
• Taking accountability for the Electrical scope of the construction project
• Helping to prepare Daily and Weekly Reports and any other such reporting as may be required
• Responsible for supporting the completion of site work with zero issues
• Driving a strong focus on HSE importance across the site team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
• Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience working on the electrical construction of large scale projects
