Title: Testing Engineer

Location: Taipei, Taiwan

About the Role:
Our client is a key player in the offshore wind industry in Taiwan with experienced team and track record in the industry. They're aggressively expanding their team together with the booming market, looking for the best talent to contribute to their business and become the biggest player in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and implementing processes to improve and maintain efficiency in cable handling, end preparation and testing
• Supporting risk assessments of all testing activity on site relating to subsea cables
• Working closely with Production and Application teams to ensure instructions are well understood

Requirements:

• Extensive hands on experience and understanding of cable testing, test equipment, cable end preparation and the relevant safety requirement surrounding testing of HV cables or equivalent technology
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
