About the role

You will be responsible for leading development, sourcing and structuring renewable projects. Working through the development cycle to financial close. You will be structuring and negotiating transactions, leading external and internal development processes. You will be collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and work towards successfully leading projects to construction start.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end to end project development and structuring process of projects with responsibility starting from early stage of project until financial close / construction start

  • To lead all pre-development projects including activities related to bidding and acquisitions of projects and ensure projects are developed with strong ESG and governance standards.

  • Calculate, define, manage Project development budgets and ensure consistency between budget and controlling process

  • Develop and approve scope of work, technical specifications and feasibility studies to develop projects and ensure legal specifications and quality standards are met.

  • Propose and manage project risk assessments, risk controlling and risk reporting process.

  • Propose and manage project development and planning/scheduling activities.

  • Lead and Coordinate external and internal project development, this include securing sites and obtaining permits and approvals.

  • Experienced in managing/leading project teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or any relevant fields

  • Strong negotiation skills and working knowledge and understanding bidding process, deal structuring and project finance / Finance modelling

  • Fluent in English, other languages.

  • 7-15 years of experience
