About the Role
Work in an established and supportive Asset and Operations team, to ensure the performance of existing and newly completed Renewable Energy Assets. This role will see you further develop your career in Asset Management, within a reputable global organisation. You will be backed by strong funding, forward thinking management and a growing asset pool, off the back of an increased development pipeline and M&A activities within the region.
Responsibilities
Work alongside the Asset Manager in overseeing the specific Project/Portfolio to achieve key operational milestones
Ensure maintenance and operational activities are in line with asset schedules and requirements
Oversee all contracts associated with the asset, ensuring performance requirements are met and inline with projected performance - EPC, O&M, Grid Connection, Lease etc.
Manage Account Receivable activities
Monitor payments compliance with the executed agreements and contracts
Requirements
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to maintain and foster long term partnerships - internal and external
Solutions focused individual, with strong attention to detail
Experience in the Utility scale Renewable Energy industry would be ideal, however - other large infrastructure asset management experience will be considered.
Min 1 year asset management or operational management experience
Undergraduate degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar
