About the Company

The company is highly experienced and well recognized industry leaders in Renewable Energy Development.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Implement the development strategy of Constant Energy in South Korea
• Conduct detailed Analysis and due diligence on selected opportunities.
• Negotiate multiple project acquisitions in a year, participate in negotiation of EPC / O&M contracts
• Monitoring and managing our local development and EPC partners from a commercial standpoint
• Review of key contracts: EPC/O&M contracts with EPC contractors, lease agreements, PPAs, interconnection agreements
• Liaising with government departments and Power/solar regulatory support (provide insight into regulatory changes, risks and opportunities)
• Ensure our project obtain all permits/licences require to start construction/operation

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Renewable Energy Sector.
• Business degree or Engineering degree or similar
• Fluent in Korea and English
