Senior Analyst - Structured Finance (Solar + Storage)

NextWave Partners USA is exclusively working with a global renewable energy player, that is focussed on the development and management of solar energy and storage projects. Backed by a leading energy conglomerate, which provides a solid balance sheet.

The goal of the business is to achieve 25GWs by 2025 globally.

Location: San Francisco, Denver, Austin, and Philadelphia (3 days a week in office).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Senior Analyst - Structured Finance will be responsible for supporting project finance debt/tax equity transactions from the initial capital raising stage to final funding events.

2. Senior Analyst - Structured Finance will be responsible for conducting financial analyses for offtake contract origination and project M&A opportunities.

3. Senior Analyst - Structured Finance will be responsible for maintaining transaction data rooms, coordinating due diligence processes, and managing 3rd party consultants and stakeholders for M&A, debt and tax equity financing processes.

Qualifications:

1. Senior Analyst - Structured Finance will have 1-3 years' experience in a transactional role, preferably in investment banking, working for a renewable energy development company, or in another role performing detailed financial analyses.

2. Senior Analyst - Structured Finance will have outstanding financial modeling skills.

3. Senior Analyst - Structured Finance will have knowledge of tax equity and debt structures in the renewable energy space; or conceptual understanding of power markets preferred. Knowledge of VBA (a plus).
