NextWave Partners has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Wind/Solar Project Manager to join a unique renewable energy consultancy and developer to help them renewable energy projects from concept through commercial operations (early stage development, late stage development, construction and operations) on a global basis.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead  team of resource engineers in site finding, resource identification and resource measurement campaigns
• Identification and evaluation of key risks and opportunities for reporting to clients
• Analysing project-specific risks and opportunities; developing a risk management plan which coordinates development, project execution strategy, contracting/commercial strategy and project insurance
• Preparation of project planning by defining scope, estimating costs and creating a project schedule that will enable the desired outcome to be delivered
• Identify and add required resources to the project to enable successful delivery
• Manage project cost which includes the processes involved in estimation, budget and also controlling costs, such that the project can be completed within allocated budget
• Review/modify, and also to approve project management reports and critical correspondence
• Preparation and drafting technical inputs and Employer Requirements for project tender documents and contracts
• Support BD manager in preparation of proposals, and also communication with clients and CRM
• Standard approach in project documentation, ensuring that they are securely stored and can be easily accessed
