About the role

The role will provide legal and contracts support to the commercial and development teams, including:

• Contract and document preparation
• Updating internal and external stakeholders on business critical objectives
• Supporting the commercial and development teams to deliver project documents
• Maintain and further develop precedent database
• Lead implementation and maintenance of a document management system

About you

• 2+ years experience as a paralegal/contracts specialist or recent legal graduate
• Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively balance competing priorities
• Demonstrated ability to review and prepare legal documents
• Knowledge of document management systems/applications
• Strong analytical and and legal research skills required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 + Super (Dependant on experience)
