My client is an international solar player looking for an investment manager to be based in China. We are looking for someone who has done infrastructure deal across renewable energy in the market

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manager origination of projects and manage the team through the entire investment plan process
• Overseeing financial and quantitative analysis, due diligence, structuring and financing
• Identify opportunity for acquisition of greenfield / brownfield projects
• Financial modelling and due diligence

Qualification:

• Finance related Degree
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience
• Infrastructure renewable energy deals experience is a must
• Ability to work in cross culture environment
• Speaking of English & Chinese is a MUST
