Job Summary:

We are seeking to hire a highly motivated Investment Analyst to join our team where you will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and evaluating potential investments in the renewable energy sector, identifying opportunities that align with our investment strategy, and presenting recommendations to the investment committee. You will be provided with ample opportunities to learn and grow with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

➢Conduct extensive research and analysis on renewable energy market trends, regulations, technologies, and project economics to identify potential investment opportunities in the solar industry.

➢Analyze and evaluate financial statements, business plans, and other relevant information of potential investment targets, assessing the risks and returns of each investment opportunity.

➢Develop detailed financial models to project the financial performance of investment opportunities.

➢Conduct due diligence on potential investment targets, including site visits, interviews with management, and review of legal and environmental documentation.

➢Present investment opportunities and recommendations to the investment committee, including investment thesis, financial models, and risk assessment.

➢Monitor the performance of investments, providing regular reports

➢Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the renewable energy

industry, including project developers, financiers, and regulators.

Qualifications:

➢Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.

➢At least 2-5 years of experience in investment analysis or corporate finance, preferably

in the renewable energy sector.

➢Understanding of the renewable energy sector (Solar energy)Strong analytical and

financial modeling skills.

➢Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create to slides

deck for investment transactions independently and as part of a team.

➢Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and other financial analysis tools

➢Ability to read and converse in English effectively.

➢Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
