As the Head of Performance Marketing, your primary focus will be on driving global business growth. You will oversee all digital marketing expenditures and work towards achieving key performance indicators, ranging from sessions to transactions. Your role involves setting the vision and roadmap for our performance marketing strategies, guiding internal and agency teams to achieve desired outcomes. Additionally, you will be actively involved in supporting the team.
The key tasks include:
- Performance channels: Employ a multi-channel approach to acquire customers across various travel corridors. Your expertise should cover SEM, SEO, Social, Programmatic, and Affiliates.
- Customer lifecycle management: Gain a deep understanding of user behavior, analyze customer segments, and utilize this knowledge to drive growth and retention efforts. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to address martech needs, such as automation and GA4 implementation.
- Attribution/Measurement: Enhance attribution and measurement practices to gain more accurate insights into campaign effectiveness.
- Experimentation: Develop experimentation roadmaps and execute rigorous testing to improve outcomes.

Requirements
- Extensive 15+ years of experience in a performance marketing role, showcasing a deep understanding of the field and proven expertise in driving successful campaigns.
- Relevant industry experience in internet companies including managing complex geographic flows, demonstrating the ability to navigate challenges specific to the industry.
- Track record of scaling businesses, achieving exceptional growth rates of 300%, surpassing typical growth rates of 30%.
- Exceptional decision-making skills and the ability to effectively influence stakeholders, driving alignment and achieving desired outcomes.
- Possesses a highly strategic and commercially minded mindset, capable of understanding and aligning with the goals of the tech and product teams.
- Operates with speed and agility, adapting to rapidly changing market dynamics and executing initiatives efficiently.
