About the Role

We are partnering with a dynamic and innovative startup in the Climate-Tech industry that is seeking a Head of Business Development Manager based in Japan.

Responsibilities

• 営業チームメンバーの包括的な管理とサポート
• クライアントの役員レベルとの交渉を通じて戦略の立案と推進 主に大企業を対象とした新規リードの開拓とエンゲージメント
• プロジェクトの獲得に向けて、クライアントの課題を理解し、当社が貢献できる領域を特定し、契約を締結
• プロジェクトマネージャーやエンジニアと連携し、クライアントの課題および社会・環境課題に対する適切なソリューション提案を立案
• 新規または既存クライアントとの持続可能な関係構築を通じて、プロジェクトの成功を確保
• 既存クライアントの同じ部署および他の部署から新規プロジェクトを獲得するための提案を実施
