NextWave's client is seeking a fast-learning and motivated Financial Analyst. The ideal candidate must be organized and articulate and be able to work on multiple concurrent tasks. 

Responsibilities 

• Analyze, model and provide creative solutions in the valuation and pricing of project portfolio and potential acquisitions 
• Take a leadership role in coordinating with the development team to compile project and pricing details for presentation to the management team
• Coordinate with Senior Analysts and management on review of the financial pro forma – project returns, NPV, tax equity and sponsor returns, depreciation and fundamental tax and book income matters 
• Perform ad hoc analysis for the development, siting and management teams as needed 
• Support and drive initiatives to streamline and improve the financial pro forma and stay abreast of industry shifts and project assumptions updates 
• Act as transaction support for sell-side M&A processes and project acquisitions as needed 

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree demonstrating superior academic achievement with a concentration in economics, finance or related field 
• Recent graduate or 2-3 years of relevant work experience 
• Excellent, demonstrable skill with Microsoft suite and ability to quickly review, analyze, comprehend and summarize large data sets and complex financial pro forma 
• Project management skills, including organization and the ability to control multiple processes and tasks simultaneously 
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
