My client is an international renewable energy player looking for project development managers to be based in Taiwan. Focus will be on due diligence, land acquisition, winning utility projects to be developed 

Early Stage Development

• Identify and assess new opportunities in photovoltaic energy, including for development & investment;
• Assessment of due diligence projects or development opportunities including the selection, appointment and management of renewable projects
• Development of projects planning such as budgeting, resourcing
• Clear guidelines relating to the design and specification, risk management & delivery, budgeting and funding
• Following through projects to ensure no delays which will result in loss of investment

Late Stage Development Projects

• Work together with project developers to identify any remaining development PPA, consents before construction and project financing process
• Work together with project developers, construction team and any other co developers and engineers
• Identifying, tendering and selection of equipment suppliers, EPC and O&M contractors for projects;
• Commercial review and negotiation of term sheets and contracts, including agreements for lease, EPC and O&M agreements
