Title: O&M Manager
Location: Taiwan
About the Role:
Our client is an international renewable energy developer with solar projects across APAC region. They're now looking for an experienced O&M Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Operations & Maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and reliability of solar power plants.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve O&M procedures, preventive maintenance plans, and safety protocols.
- Manage resources effectively, including manpower allocation, equipment usage, spare parts inventory, and budget control.
- Monitor plant performance, analyze operational data, and address technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely reports, including KPIs, performance summaries, maintenance records, and cost analysis, to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of O&M experience in solar or renewable energy projects.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, leading a multi-disciplinary O&M team.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale or utility-scale solar PV plants preferred.
