Title: Project Finance Associate

Location: Manila, Philippines

About the Role:

• Renewable Energy Developer with an existing presence in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions for renewable energy projects, including project finance models, corporate valuations, and scenario analyses
• Involved in negotiations and management of the relationships with lenders, investors, and other key stakeholders to secure project debt and equity financing.
• Develop, analyse, evaluate, and recommend financial options and proposals as they relate to a business development project or other funding needs.
• Support or lead the structuring, negotiation, and execution of financing documents
• Assist in origination of lending and financial advisory mandates including the preparation of marketing materials, proposals and presentations

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years professional working experience in Project Finance, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking
• Experience developing financial models for the renewable energy sector
• Possess strong networking capabilities, with existing relationships with banks, financing institutions, and other stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex financial insights to stakeholders
